About Dr Shaun Day
Dr Shaun Day is a respected clinician, Principal Dentist, and Co-Owner of City Gardens Dental, known across the Albury-Wodonga region for his exceptional skill, gentle manner, and deep commitment to patient care. Born and raised in Albury, Shaun completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at Charles Sturt University before joining the practice in 2013.
Shaun enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and provides care for patients at every stage of life. He has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, implantology, and paediatric oral health, and has completed postgraduate diplomas in both advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry and oral implantology. Widely regarded for his ability to make children feel safe and relaxed in the chair, Shaun is passionate about creating positive early dental experiences that set young patients up for lifelong oral health.
His clinical philosophy is grounded in trust, long-term care, and genuine partnership. He takes the time to listen, understand individual goals, and deliver treatment plans that are clear, considered, and tailored—ensuring the best outcomes not just for today, but well into the future.
As a Co-Owner, Shaun plays an active role in mentoring the team, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring the practice continues to evolve with the latest techniques and technologies. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, camping, fishing, and skiing.
