Dr Chad Phillips
B.D.S. (Adel.)
After graduating as a Dental Surgeon in 1997 from the University of Adelaide, Chad commenced practice in Albury and Beechworth as an associate of Dr Peter Harper. During 2005 Chad broadened his experience in cosmetic based practice in the United Kingdom, returning to Albury to establish his own practice at City Gardens. As a Dental Surgeon with almost 20 years’ experience Chad has a special interest in complex restorative and implant dentistry.
Dr Alistair McIntosh
BHSc Dent MDent (LaTrobe)
Alistair joined City Gardens Dental in 2018. He was trained locally and has worked in Wodonga the last few years prior to joining the team. He grew up on farm in Gippsland.
Alistair practices all areas of General Dentistry and takes a comprehensive approach in his treatment that suits his patients needs in a relaxing environment. His interests lie in disease management, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. He also works closely with Sleep Specialists to help deliver treatments for people who have Sleep Apnoea or Snoring issues.
In his spare time Alistair enjoys the outdoors, motorcycles and cooking.
Dr Shaun Day
B.D Sc CSU
Shaun joined City Gardens Dental in 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Dental Science at Charles Sturt University.
Born and raised in Albury, he has strong family and community ties to the local region.
Shaun enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry with a particular interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implants & Paediatrics.
Shaun is currently completing post graduate diplomas in Aesthetic Dentistry & Implantology
Shaun prides himself on providing all patients with a relaxed and calming dental experience and aims to deliver the best-possible care and outcome for his patients.
In his spare time, Shaun enjoys all things outdoors including camping, fishing and skiing.
Liz Norden
Dip OHT Hygiene (Melb)
Liz Graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2003 with a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy (Dental Hygiene). She practiced in Melbourne before returning to the Albury area joining City Gardens Dental in 2009.
As a Dental Hygienist Liz provides prevention, treatment and maintenance of gum disease in both children and adults through gentle dental cleans. Liz is also trained in teeth whitening including Zoom in chair whitening. Liz works closely with the dentists to provide patients with a healthy and confident smile.
In her spare time Liz enjoys spending time with her family, young son and two mini poodles.
Jaimie McIver
BOH (CSU)
Jaimie graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Oral Health (Therapy/Hygiene). After finishing her studies, she relocated back home to the Yass/Canberra area where she worked in general dental, specialist periodontic and orthodontic practices. Jaimie has a gentle approach to treating patients and she has a special interest in treating and managing periodontal disease.
In her spare time Jaimie enjoys spending time with family and friends, horse riding, pilates and water skiing.
Keri Calvert
Dip Dental Hygiene (Otago NZ)
I have been lucky enough to work in a profession that I love for over 20 years. I started my career in dentistry in my home country of New Zealand and obtained my diploma in dental hygiene at the University of Otago.
As a practitioner I always strive to provide my patients with a dental hygiene service that is professional, personalised, and delivered in a compassionate, caring and gentle manner.
I believe my professional, easygoing and friendly approach encourages those who have any dental concerns or anxieties, feel they are in a practice with a dental professional who will listen to their individual needs.
Support Staff
All our staff have been carefully chosen for the skills and experience they can offer to the patients and the team.
Rosalie, Sara, Kylie, Tracey, Sophie, Brielle, Nikita, Rosie and Nicole are our highly experienced and skilled chairside assistants. They are caring and knowledgeable in all dental procedures and always have the patient’s comfort and well-being foremost in mind.
Kirsty has a particular responsibility for the practice management, ensuring smooth and efficient running for patients, staff and the practice in general.
